it's possible pack a SU scene with all the materials and maps like texture maps, HDRI maps and proxies?

I think so - Look under Plugins- Vray - Pack Scene
FYI - Currently, I do not think it copies vrmesh files.
CORRECTION - this has been fixed, meshes pack now too.
