I am sure I was doing something wrong with the tool but as I pulled it out the shape it didn't happen uniformly.

What's wrong with at least putting up a screen shot?

Are you working on the entire hull or just half?

I was working on the full Hull, I didn't save it thought no point as it had become a real mess.

Well next time just work on half of the hull. When you're finished, copy it and flip it to make the opposite side. Except in the case of proas and a few others, boat hulls are symmetrical along their centerline. It doesn't make any sense to do both sides at the same time doubling your work.

                Hi,

                Dear community I need help.
I wanted to give this half hull a thickness. After completion of JPP, the outer shell is no longer available. Why? Am I doing something wrong?

                Charly

Charly, are you saying the original surface is gone? If so, hit Tab before starting the Push/Pull operation and change the Finishing Options setting to keep the original faces.

Why did it become a mess using JPP? Did you hit Tab when you first selected the tool and change the default Erase.... to Keep original faces?

I've been copying and 'pasting in place' the original faces for the past few years!!!!! DOOOOHHHH!!!! 😆 😳

                      Thanks for this tip! 😆
