Through 'Extention warehouse' I installed 'Solar North'.
And SU2013Pro says that from now on it's available. I can even see that it's checked in the list of all the toolbars available.
But there's no such toolbar for me on Window XP.
I've just read that Geo is having similar issues with this extention.

It is likely hiding under other toolbars. Pull all the toolbars off the top toolbar area and it'll likely show up. If you double click on it you might be able to pry it loose from up there. If not, you might need to edit the Registry which is a pain.

Thank you Dave, I was prepairing to send you a screenshot with all (..... but one) toolbars floating on drawing area +'Toolbars' window open. And there it was, hiding underneath the very last one, the 'b_stard'.
I hope this isn't going to be a standard procedure with other toolbars.

Glad you found it. I had this happen with another toolbar and it didn't show up until all of the toolbars were pulled down off the top. Someone else recently had it happen, too. I don't know what the cause is but maybe it is something that can be fixed.

It seems to be happening a lot and Tig mentioned that it is a known Bug and has written a whole spiel about it and how to fix it, including brute force double click. It's one of those things that once you know it's there it is easily overcome, but if you don't know about it you are lost.

Hi Gerrit, double clicking on the left side of the toolbar will release it from its locked position. That is a simple way to help fix the problem for now while we investigate further and work out a fix. And it doesn't require editing any registry settings.

                Chris

@Box, yes it is a bit of a nasty bug and definitely can be very confusing when you just can't figure out why your toolbar won't show up. We're looking into the cause of this one, thanks!

Lately you've been tan, suspicious for the winter.

Thank you Chris. Once the toolbar showed up (top left underneath first current toolbar) I had no problem to (double)click > pull it > dock it at my favorite location below the modeling area. My problem was to find it. Once you know...., well, not likely that I'll ask this question again.
Thank you and I hope you can find how to overcome the 'hide and seek'-toolbar bug.
