I have contacted several times already. It looks like I do not get my own license and someone taking my money.

You purchased it from the author's website. It's going to be the best way to get in touch with him. His last visit to Sketchucation was in August of last year.
Unfortunately there's nothing we can do about getting you the license. It's up to the author to supply it.

Does this work with Sketchup Pro 2018? I downloaded it, I can place template trees and items, but redraw function does not work. Is this because of 2018?

UPDATE - the website 3darcstudio does not offer the latest version, it's actually .11 rather than .14 on there despite it being labelled otherwise. Here's the only place I could find the latest installer, which works fine for me in both 2017 and 2018.

I PAID for this plug-in and have waited PATIENTLY for an update to make it work in 2018, or at least a reply to the many emails I have sent the author, and have been completely ignored.
