      Greetings
      in the opengl dialogue box , sketchuip doesnt offeror recognize my nvidia graphics card only the standard intel card. How do I change the default so that I may select a different option in the capabilities section. Thank you in advance for your assistance

          Go to your nvidia settings and make sure that you assign the nvidia card to SketchUp. By default, it is set to use the Intel card.

          (I have some screenshots somewhere - I'll try to find them for you if needed)

            Gaieus_ thank you so much for your quick reply to my question. I followed the steps that you suggested however in the gl settings under capabilities the intel card is the only option presented. I have made the nvidia card the global default. Thanks again, I appreciate your efforts to answer my question

              Hi Dave- yes there is an intel card and an nvidia card installed on my laptop.

                Yes, these newer laptops come shipped this way. It's good to have the Intel card for less graphic hungry apps.
