Vray isn't rendering my image

Usually when i render i zoom into whatever part i want to render and then hit render and it will render that specific section, however, now for some reason, when i hit render it's giving me a greyish, blueish blank page and my building is nowhere to be seen.
Why isn't it rendering my scene?

Hopefully someone moves this to the VRay forum, but for now, I can answer.

Do you have region render enabled? Sometimes if this is still active, and you have made changes to your view and resolution, you can click render and nothing will happen.

Have you tried resetting the defaults in your Options?
