Incorrect SketchUp UTC

Hi Everyone,
I have a shadow question that hopefully someone may shed some light on. My understanding from reading a few manuals was, one way to get an accurate reading on shadows for your site is that I should try set the Geo-location. After I set the Geo-location for the site (site is in Hawaii) it gave me UTC-11:00.
Hawaii however is UTC-10:00, so I was wondering do I go with the recommended SketchUp setting of UTC-11:00 or the true Hawaii UTC-10:00 as both of them generate slightly different shadows?

If you do a search [try in Developers' Forum ?] I'm sure that thomthom has recently made a scripted fix for this known '1 hour error in UTC' issue - at least until it's properly resolved...
