I have to have this ready by tomorrow so I really hope someone can help me. I modeled a bunch of stuff then pulled in another model from the warehouse which I didn't like and deleted immediately. I then saved my file a closed it. I just now reopened it to find that everything I had modeled is missing but the filesize i still large so im hoping my work is still somewhere in there. I have linked to the skp file and I would greatly appreciated some help. It's extremely urgent! Also I'm on OSX Mountain Lion and would like to know if there is any way to recover an older version of this file, in case my work is not recoverable from the linked file?

Because you gave us no clues as to what should be there, here's my best guess...
You've deleted a component major... but it's still in the Component Browser...
Let's guess it's BLU_PHARMACY...Capture.PNG To fix it just [re]insert the missing components back into the model.
If that's not it... then do you have a SKB file - the auto-made previously-saved-version of this SKP. If so rename then you can it, with a new SKP file-extension, and open it in SketchUp, and look in it to see if what's missing is in this earlier saved version...
If not then the only thing you can take away from all of this is to learn to make backup copies at every major turn... protect your data !
