Hello again. I have yet another impossible question for us mortals, but childs play to ye Sketchup gods. Can you remove paints from an object? I have one that has several paints attached to it, but I only need one.

You just need to repaint the faces with alternative materials picked from the Materials Browser.
You can also set the default-material to be the current-material in the browser - thereby removing any material at all when you 'paint' using that.
Remember that if it's a group/component-instance then that can also have a material applied onto the outside of it, which displays on its 'internal faces' that have no material otherwise... and as well as the faces that are inside it [accessed by editing the container] that can take any other material you wish...
