Photographs to 3D

I there a pluggin that can be used to convert a series of photographs to 3D using Sketchup? If not, than what programs could be used to develop 3D models that could be imported into Sketchup.

You could use SketchUp's PhotoMatch feature or a program like TGI3D PhotoScan
