Hi! I am new here and new to SketchUp and I've been having some trouble with it...I've tried searching the forums, but I couldn't fin what I was looking for.

But I am trying to export my model/site plan into a 2D graphic at 1"=10'-0" so I can bring it into Photoshop for post-processing and then plot it onto a 24x36 sheet of paper.

How can I achieve this? Sorry if this is a super newbie question...I'll take all the help I can get!

        Hi Olivia

Can you let people know if you have the free or pro version of SU in your info as the Pro version has a page layout package which makes plotting easy.

You can always ask on this forum and someone may offer to export your drawing to scale for you and as a vector pdf.

The only way I know to scale from SU free is to put an object of known length in the drawing and then use that to scale in Photoshop or whatever

Love SU but you need to spend $500 to print like a human in the 21st century!
