Photoshop CS6 and Sketchup 8 CONFLICT

Yesterday I have bought new Adobe Creative Suit CS6 and I have a problem. Every time I am using Sketchup, Photoshop cannot be started. When I am using Photoshop, Sketchup does not start.Does anybody have the same problem?

I've been using CS6 Creative Suite for a couple of weeks (win 7) and haven't run into any issues. PS opens up whilst running SU8 and PS will launch when editing textured via SU.
Can't think what the problem might be either.

Could be that the graphic card doesn't handle multiple 3d applications. Can you have multiple SketchUp windows open?
Some users report that they can't have more than a couple, or even just one, SketchUp window - this appear to be related to the graphic card capabilities.
Have you tried temporarily disabling Hardware Acceleration in SU - just to verify it's a graphic card issue.
