Generate pictures perimeter in SU

Hi
I am using images quite offen. Just one example attached. I would like to trim picture and make nice outer line which I could push pull etc... Is there such plug in ready for such operation?

our like these example- import some picture into SU and thet get perimeter from these picture into some usable line?

http://www.autotracer.org/ - nice option, I have tryed some other web based tools, but these works super fast. I will use it in future.
FreeDxf importer- could be very useful for free SU users.
