Installation gives 0xc0150004 error

I've had to re-populate my hard drive. After SU is installed, clicking on the SU icon gives an error "SketchUp.exe - Application Error"
I've installed and un-installed it several times and get one or the other of the attached errors (the bottom one every time but once when I got the top one).
Any ideas
