Render problem

I've tried to make a quick test render and I see that the lamp looks so dark.
I've used 2sidemat. and if I use displacement I have this en if I don't use it then it's normal. Does someone know what the problem is?

What rendere are you using? Does this have anything to do with LayOut?

I didn't know where to ask. and I use vray for rendering. -
The obvious place to me in this case is the Vray forum so I've moved it.
