    Hi,

New here, so sorry if I've posted this in the wrong place.
I've been using sketchup and the joint push pull plugin for a while now, and only ever had small issues, which i've been able to fix myself by reversing certain faces, or scaling the model first or something, etc.

I'm trying to add thickness to a new form i've made, but it seems to get to a various percentage anywhere from 1 to 85% and then crash and 🤢
Its a fairly basic model, as clean as I can get it as far as I can tell. There's no stray lines or intersecting faces etc. I've also tried doing it as a closed shape, and not closed (bottom face deleted)

    Im using Sketchup 8.0.4811
    on Windows 7 64bit
    Pentium Dual Core Processor
    4GB ram
    Nvidia GeForce GT120M Cuda 1GB

All I want to do is to add 0.5m thickness to the form (attatched below). I need the thickness to be added to the inside of it.

    Thanks for any help. 😄

Crashes on me also. Looks like a job for Fredo.

Nothing is worthless, it can always be used as a bad example.

if you clean up coplanar faces it works fine.

If the model is first 'cleaned' - i.e. deleting coplanar edges/faces etc - JPP works just fine ... 😕
