Hmm.. Karamel ate our door frame a while back πŸ˜†
      IMG_5787.JPG
In her defense though, apparently there was some kind of wood grub or something inside, making this constant ticking noise and eating away the wood. She just couldn't stand it! So she might have actually saved our house from an infestation. πŸ˜„

He looks like a character!........I hope Pipocas pulls through his problems πŸ‘

Thanks Mike. Thankfully his medication has started to kick in and he's been tumbling around like a puppy again.

He's got loads of weird habits from his feral days: he tries to dig into rugs as if he was excavating a bed in the dirt. Up until recently he had to share the house with a cat so he mimics cat behaviour in order to get attention. Luckily he hasn't picked up the habit of biting cables - my last cat was always doing that and I've still got conduit pipe covering all my exposed cables.

Yes the little dogs are cute on the internet, and not ruining your house!

Here is my Sister's poodle-aussie puppy Izzi, The Destroyer of Shoes, who stayed with us (note the manic glint in her eye) and our husky Chinook.
from a video, sry for the quality (why won't it display?)
and here are our dogs, Tess (mixed husky) and Chinook. They look quiet here but they are about to take off like bats out of hell.Mom! What's all this white stuff!?

I Just couldn't resist showing off my 2 blue-merle Aussies!
The 1st is Toby - my intense blue eyed boy who loves playing ball
The 2nd is Indigo - my greedy-guts girl who is always trying to "trick" us into treating her!

And here is one of my special boy, Zac.
A more loving dog I have never met which makes his passing a few weeks ago (at 2.5 years) all the more tragic and heart-aching!
May his gentle soul rest in peace!!!

                    Thanks, Mike, I appreciate it!

Its still quite raw (been 12 days) and we feel like a limb is missing from our family.

We just started moving into a new house. The interior is all Saltillo tile and I think the dog equates this to rock and thinks he should christen each tile.

                              Duke
This was my Christmas Card for 2009. That is "El Duque de Ahwatukee de Hawkins y Payares" on the left. He is really a dog of the people in spite of the royal pretensions and just answers to "Duke". The dog on the right is "ceramic" and like many dogs likes to "hang" around trees.

Great to see this thread growing.

I mean to post about an act I saw on Britain's Got Talent, Ashleigh & Pudsey, a Bichon Frise, Border Collie and Chinese Chrested Powder Puff. Never heard of the latter and looked it up. Pudsey looks to have a lot of the Powder Puff in him also a lot of the high intelligence of the Border Collie and I imagine the non shed trait of the Bichon Frise keeps him in good favour around the house.

The act is one of the best I have seen, http://youtu.be/dv_gOBi8Wpk although this one is still number one with me! Dancing Merengue Dog

OK Folks, been a long while since I posted here, but since we're talking about our dawgs I had to 'come out' to show my little pal Bandit.

Some of you saw him on the old SUp forum, back in 2004! (This was my very first digital photo πŸ™‚

Look at how white his face is getting!

His most favorite activity now is sleeping

                                        which he's a master at.

Can you believe he's over 17 years old now! But still a happy kid and that's what matters.

                                            Hi all,

Some preview of our dwarf sheltie (just in height, not in energy !!) who makes our life so much happier since one year and half now...

When she was young...about 3 or 4 month

Believe it or not, I was a cat person but I can't get enough of that dog now !! Even if she's smaller than any other sheltie, she's got the power of a big one !

                                            Cheers.
