Am I correct that THEA runs as a SU plugin and as a plugin costs about $60?

No, Thea is a standalone studio renderer that sells for € 295 (application + two nodes) and the exporter plugins are sold separately - the SU plugin for € 39.5 (that would be around $ 52-53) plus tax where applicable.

See the whole pricing table here (for me at least, prices appear in €):

Dear unpronounceable, to me, the sky looks very realistic. My impression is the bottom of a storm cloud overhead with the sun hitting the building in the last moment of sunset.

Yeah, Roger is right. The sky is a spherical HDR photo of a sunset sky used as background+lighting. You can find it here. Here is a miniature.😉

Stunning work Massimo! Mate can you place your proxies in SU and export to render without need to open in Thea?

As far as I know you can export components as proxies and then in Thea you'll have a single component. You can do some changes to all the proxies at once, e.g. subdivision of the mesh, some changes on the geometry, assignment of materials etc., but actually you can't replace the proxies with other models in your HD during the render even if I think it's in the roadmap.
Instead for instancing you have to load a model in Thea and then use it on a canvas as I explained in a previous post.
Hope I've understood what you meant. 😄

                          Cheers Massimo.

Can't wait to see your interior shots. BTW I reckon you need to get rid of the fence on the left side of the building.
