i would wish future sketchup can now assign line weights, and line layer magement, that you can schedule line designation, coz i use sketchup in 2d planing before i go 3d, i wish i can manage the 2d drafting inside sketchup, and the dimensions and the text, if it may be possible to do 2d drafting inside sketchup, it would be great,

This is what Layout is for. You will need to upgrade to the SketchUp Pro edition, for such professional features.
