Load error

I am getting the error message below every time I open sketchup. I am sure it has to do with some plugin but which?
any ideas on how to get rid of it will be highly appreciated.

It looks like you have a [hidden] file called ".rb" that is trying to add a menu item [unsuccessfully] ?
Or perhaps " .rb" ?
Can you look in the Plugins and Tools folders [showing hidden files] to see if there is one - if not it's plan B... Have you accidentally mis/renamed a file ? -
