Try to use remove_inner_faces, fixsolid or solidsolver or all of them . These are very good tools but sometimes is better to do it manually. In this case use solidinspector and pickit, these are very helpful. But all these great tools can't do it in one click for you. Sorry for my English.

hello could you guide me to the downloads?
thank you

The big red 'Plugins Index' button just above where you are reading this , then use your Browser's search-facilities [typically Ctrl_F] on the page to find say 'solid'...

Can you post the SKP...
I'm unsure about what is is you are seeking to do, to what objects...

TIG. My guess what Deaneau want's to do is removing "inside faces"(red faces on pic) on non-solid geometry. Am I Wrong?
Which can be a difficult feat..

I'm thinking that perhaps he's not combining the parts - which then renders it all but impossible to remove the 'internal elements' as the parts aren't even solid to start with...
If it is one group and some simple preliminary erasing is done using Xray Mode, tools like SolidSolver WILL fix it and make it 'solid'...
