There's just the line in my Pen Tools alright. You can change the code to pull out just that tool if you want. Rather than the whole bar loading etc.

not Draw Edge Tool?
[ed] thought it was a question about looking for a plugin of drawing line/edge without making face.

If your stuck here's 'Invisible Face'
Place Edge Draw under Plugins menu and has a toolbar button also.
Seems to work

Reminds me of the TV show where he unwraps his head and he's... well, The Invisible Man!

selection_toys.rb: sect only face
Another_sketchup_Plus.rb: move sect one time
Then on out sect only face and place in place to other sketchup
Exit all to paste in place back.

Rich's PenTools will do it, as do 2dTools - Line - but only 'flat' in 2d...
