Use the native rectangle tool to draw from center point out

Hello everybody
Just wandering if it is possible to use the native rectangle tool
to draw from center point out, as is with the circle tool, or if there is a plugin that can do this.Thanks for any help.

You can also use the polygon tool with 4 sides. It will only draw squares of course.

Hi folks.
A square created with the Polygon tool can be scaled to become a rectangle.
Just ideas.
