I am afraid if this might sounds silly. Still curious about it since I've been trying to use either version.
Why do the same model may become bigger in file size in SketchUp 8 than SketchUp 6?Thank you in advance.

I believe Alan Fraser suggests its the way SU8 deals with texture coordinates.
