      Hello,

my Vray for sketch up doesn´t open any file anymore. Yesterday i copied a 50 mb geometry without any problems into an 85 mb file. I started to render as an exr. After the calculation Process no frame buffer opened. I repeated this a couple of times. Sketchup did´t crash but did´nt start rendering in the frame buffer neither. After that i rebooted my computer and as that didn´t help i reinstalled vray.

Now sketch up with vray neither opens the big file of 135 Mb nor older or other files with only 60 mb file size.
When i try to open a file, sketch up starts and shows the file. But before it finishes the file opening process it chrashes.

could it be that it has something to do with Mac OS X Lion? Because on other computers, that run Snow Leopard, even the 135 file opens.

Thank you for reading and helping.

      Fred

        Hi Fred,

When SketchUp crashes, do you see a dialog where you can submit a crash report? If so, can you submit a crash with your e-mail (you can private message me with it) or with some unique comment that I can search on and find? I'll look up the crash and see if gives us any clues.

        Regards,

        Tricia
