    Newbie - model in photo is translucent?

      I've created a model and placed it into a photo for a proposed development and where the model lies over the photo, it is a clear, line diagram whereas, the area of the model outside the photo is rendered as per my sketchup file.

      I'm trying to find the setting that allows me to plant the building on the block without trying to render from the photo? This is a new building replacing an old bomb....

        Go to Window>Styles. Click on Edit and then the blue cube in the row below the Edit tab. You'll find the settings you're after there.

          Thanks for the info, looked everywhere but didn't touch the edit tab in Styles. Managed to make the model opaque even though the colour of the model rendering doesn't seem to apply over the photo.

          Nevertheless, it much more presentable and effective as an illustration.
