Tozero.rb

I downloaded a plug called tozero.rb whose function is to put all the layers on Layer 0.
When I tried to find it in the plugins, tools, draw and right-click menus, I couldn't find it.
When I did a search here on the forum, it didn't show up.Can someone shed some light on this for me?

Haven't tried it, but the related thread is here. The .rb file says "context menu items" so it should be right-click I assume.

It appears under the right-click context-menu, but only IF you have at least one group or component-instance selected...
