Soapskin bubble dialog box why??

i get the following dialog on making skin. ..but my soapskin bubble is working fine. what is the problem.

I see no problem. It's just what you read in the message: it will expire on apr 10 2012 at 23:59:59. Usually it is replaced with a new version just before the expiration.

You might find a lot of your questions are answered by reading the text where you download the plugins. For example, on the page where you downloaded Soap Skin Bubble you would find "Releas 1.0.12 works until of 10. April 2012 !" [sic] which is exactly what the text box shows when you open the plugin.
