Sketchup Reflection Problems (Vista)

Ok, every time I render my Vista computer, the reflections are not?
For I have tasted in other windows but not Vista Reflections throws me.
I need Support now , I got More than +5 years using sketchup , But i never Saw and never take that error.Please guys , and thansk you
