Lost Outliner/Component/Material Window Offscreen?
Ever have an issue when you're using multiple monitors and you lose one or more of your toolbar windows offscreen?
here's a quick solution...1.open the entity window or any other window you can get to inside of sketchup.
2.right click on the top of that window as you would a program in windows.
3.select move.as you hit move the "lost" window will snap to the window your clicking on and will be under it.
this should help if you ever lose any of the windows within sketchup.

So I managed to get 'Outliner' off screen, hoping and expecting that you are right!I started fishing with the 'Layers' window and there it was again, nicely hooked underneath.
Great tip.
Thanks! -

Sorry, it didn´t work for me.
My problem is when I want to make a component. I right click on the object and select Make component from the menu. Then the dialog is gone off the screen and I can´t get it back.
Is there anybody that can help?
Thanks

What didn't work for you? Did you try Box's fix?
Have you tried Preferences>Workspace>Reset Workspace?
Are you still using SketchUp 2017 Make as indicated in your profile or have you upgraded?

There's also the other way, Go Window/Outliner (or whichever dialog you want to put the focus on) then hit alt and space then m then any arrow key and move the mouse around until the dialog comes into view.
