I edited your post title to reflect the question your asking. Phrases like 'I need help' aren't very descriptive. Also CAPITAL letters are considered shouting so I changed that also.
As for your question, have you tried Artisan? Or TIG's Extrusion Tools? Or Fredo's CurviLoft?
