Impressions of rendering

Hello everyone,

Here I send 2 images of a project + model I´ve made for a client.

first of all, I would apreciate to have some "review"from u gurus of Vray.
Then, I would lçike to ask something.. It seems that when I put the .visopt settings on medium and then in production, I get aboput the same result. The question is, Is it rteally to much of a difference in these settings fpr external scenes?
