      Hello everyone,

I made an image for a client, and there´s a issue I want to fix.
In the image below, you can see the asphat meeting the sidewalk is not smooth. What would be the best way to do it?

Also, I would appreciate if someone coul point other problems or what could I do to make the image better.

OBS. The paved floor is small, I know! 😄 this is a preview image.

      Thanks!

        Your object looks very nice.

        Things I think would help:

1)The black area is your asphalt right? There is a plugein call workplain that you can lay a texture on, so that you object just dosn't flot in the air like style gound give you. Edit the asphalt jpg texture with contrast and brightness or take a real photo of a parking lot or (hint photo texture on google earth) command bar_window_photo textures.

        1. Raise you object with a flat rectangle may help (push pull 1/2").

When you get it looking way you like in sketchup then render it with other program for the illustrations you want.

I use sketchup like a note pad because it fast and visible.

        Have a good holidays

          Thanks Duke,

The google maps texture seems a great idea!
          I´ll also try the plugin.

But unfortunately, here in Brazil is not holiday! 😕
