I just installed a demo of Vray for Sketchup. Since then I have 2 issues that may be because of the Vray install,

      1. The tabs on my IE browser are all turned blue
      2. I can't seem to get the 2.5d trees to cast shadows when rendered, whether I use Vray, SU Podium or Maxwell. By the way, I'm new to Vray and Maxwell, so there may be settings I'm unfamiliar with.

      Any thoughts?

          Majid,

Thank you for your reply. However, I don't understand what file you're implying I find and what setting I should try?

          Again, I appreciate your help.

          Ben

It's not just in Vray, but also in SU Podium where the shadows are not rendered.

This sounds like it is related to the component itself if the shadows do not render in any of these programs. Could you attached the file so we can look at it?

I noticed that even a simple box, drawn in SU, does not render with shadows, so perhaps something with SU has changed.

It's a good idea to explain how you solved your problem so someone who is following this thread or finding it by Searching will know what the solution is.
