Need Help with this Plug-In

I'm hoping to get some step by step instructions on this - it looks super cool and I'd love to be able to do it. (I tried using the directions at this link, but I can't seem to figure out what I'm doing wrong).

Please repost in the relevant thread...
Although I suspect that you want a specific tool that's within a set which contains several tools, we have no idea what it is you are trying to do.
You need to explain a little more about what it is that you want, and what problems you are having - we will help you, but please help us too... Saying 'I'd love to be able to do it...' doesn't help! Do what?
