is there a way to do an autocad export from sketchup with all the layers ? Autocad 2d graphic loses all the layers properties making it practically impossible to do editing in autocad. I'm using pro version of sketchup

      Sketchup Make 2017 (64-bit), Vray 4.0 , Windows 10 – 64 bit, corei7-8750H, 16GB RAM, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050Ti 4GB

        Hi Rc5, hi folks.

Have you had the curiosity of exporting 3D Graphics ? This works, even if you only have 2D shapes in your model.

I did, specifying DWG format. I openened the exported file in AutoCAD and it looks like all the layers have been exported.

        Just ideas.

          A 3d DWG/DXF maintains layering etc.
