Plugins installation error

Why im having this error while installing new plugins? what will i do?

If you reread the notes in the thread from where you downloaded the script
pushpullgroups.rbit should explain that you also need to install its 'helper' script 'progressbar.rb' - you can download this free script fromSmustard.com- just do a search for 'progressbar' on that site... -
