Script disappear in sketchup 8 folder in windows 7

when i paste a script in sketchup 8 (windows 7) directory it desappear i can't found it, but it work in sketchup, so when did the script go who can i delete it, because i don(t need it in my work.

In the one of the top bars of the Windows window for that Plugins folder you might see a 'Compatibility Files' button click on this to see the files that have been side-stepped into a folder so they won't load.
This is a Windows 'security feature' to protect you against yourself
As an Admin ensure that 'you' have 'full permissions' under Properties > Security for the Plugins folder, i.e. so you can read/write/add/delete files etc - this should apply to the folder and its contents including all subfolders and files.
You should also have the same permissions for Components, Materials and Styles folders as you may wish to work with these from time to time too...
Once you have fixed the permissions the issue of 'Compatibility Files' for these folders should cease. -
