In chemistry studies you have not specialised program for that? ๐Ÿ˜ฎ ๐Ÿ˜ฒ

In very serious game you have that Fold It! ๐Ÿ˜‰
It's for proteine but it's very similar in manipulations ๐Ÿ˜„

Make the animation on your screen and you can use BBFlashBack Express (free) for reccord the animation on your screen

To fully understand protein folding, one need look no farther than the narrator's hair.

Hello Pilou and first of all, thank you very much for your help ๐Ÿ˜„
I don't know if you have seen my attached file in my previous post?
Because I actually want to be able to create an animation where a molecule (that I can draw) will move toward the nanotube and graft on it. Then I will need to add basic blocks to the nanotube's ends to simulate electrodes (for a transistor).
Is it something that can be done?
Do you know any other program enabling it? Be cause I downloaded blender to do it but I am completely lost even with the tutorials....
              Thank you so much ๐Ÿ˜„

You have program like SimLab Composer Animation, but you must all modelise before in program like Sketchup or other!

                  Thank you Pilou.
After reading several tutorials for different programs this week-end, i'm totally depressed and lost!
I am not able to modelise anything on blender...
I tried to contact the guy who did this video (which is exactly what I would like to achieve + a carbon nanotube) : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TgqsX-utMcI

                  So hard!!

                    Here's a simple SKP method.
I made a few 'Molecules [Atoms?] as components with different connection numbers/arrangements and then simply snapped them together, moved, rotated and mirrored [scale -1] as needed, finally I painted each one some arbitrary color - I'm sure there are standards for this !
The attached SKP contains a starter kit...
The 'movie' is a simple animation export from SUp made into a gif...
The parts themselves are static but there are several tools you could try within a SKP to 'move' them around too...MoleculeUp.skpMoleculeUp.gif

From the video on youtube ๐Ÿ˜‰
                      It's not animation! โ—
It's just transitions between scenes! โ˜€
                      If you don't want more
You can make this easily this inside Sketchup it-self!!!

I'm going to try it tomorrow at my lab, I hope I will be successful!
It is very nice of you to help me!!
