Hello All! This is my first post but i've been using this blog for a few months now. Thank you to all who contribute!

Im having a hard time setting aspect ratios upon exporting jpegs. My team uses different screens which are all different sizes. We are trying to use the most effecient method to export and replace images as our design advances. Because the aspect ratio is based on screen size we keep having to resize the images instead of just replacing (such as you would in indesign/illustrator/or CAD). We installed the advanced camera tool plugin however all this does is provide more camera options without resolving aspect ratio issue...All we need to do is export an image say 3000 by 1700 yet each screen adjust the lower number making each jpeg different. Any thoughts? Thanks everybody

      Leo

Use a free app called Sizer to set the correct window size on each desktop. You'll need the same toolbar setup on each (or have all toolbars removed). Then export that view.

At least that's how i think it may work out for you πŸ˜•

There maybe a different workaround but this has been mentioned before....

also, do a research for ThomThom's Vray tools. Thi plugin lets you set an aspect ratio in the model view, without resizing your window, and then you can export the image with exactly that aspect ratio πŸ˜„
