Any idea if it is possible to export an SU object to DAZ?

DAZ has some interesting animation abilities with jointed objects that SketchyPhysics cannot do. SP can animate, but you cannot move an object and leave it where it is exiting SP.

In 1 model I have a telescoping/folding staircase that I need to rotate in place to check for clearances and interferences. I can create duplicates on other layers and move them, but it is not the same as and is far more complex than rotating jointed objects in DAZ.

use TIG's OBJ exporter and then Import into DS as OBJ, or if DS can import Collada, try that, but Daz have had issues with Google's interpretation of the Collada format.

thanks, I will keep that in mind and bookmark this page. I'm not yet ready to do what I thought needed to be done, as a design issue cropped up yesterday and needs to be solved first. I may be "forced" to get back into SketchyPhysics as a result, something I shoulda done long ago.
