Animate model

Is there a free plugin to animate parts of a model?
I'm working on a Greek trireme and sketchyphisics works when making one oar move but weh I try is with all the oars on one side (23 oars) sketchup crashes.Any help would be appriciated!

Why not post about your problem in the dedicated SP subforum here, as I am sure there are ways of animating just 23 objects in SP - think of the exploding or falling block animations...
