Sketchy Styles: How to hide lines
-
Hello All,
I have created a model of house, used sketchy styles to depict it. I see edges in the back of the house that I don't want to see. It's as if the walls of the house are slightly transparent. How can I fix this? Thank you! Cheers, Jeff

Can you show a screenshot or 2d export?
Are you still on version 7?

Hello Gaieus,
Yes - I am still using v7. Here is a 2D export. It is a jpg - would you need it in a different format? Thank you! Cheers, Jeff

Well, interesting (to say the least). I have seen sketchy edges bleeding through png images but not on SU materials. Could you also attach the file?

That's a nice looking model, Jeff. It is kind of strange that the lines show through like they do. Just on the chance this has something to do with it, are the stone and clapboard materials set to have any transparency? The reason I ask is the back edge lines don't seem to show through the door or the base of the column.

Hello Gaieus and Dave R.,
It was the materials editor. I un-checked the "face transparency" option and that fixed it. I really appreciate your help! Cheers, Jeff

Jeff, you could also adjust the material transparency independently. Glad that sorted it.
