I have a model (made with TT's Bitmap to mesh plugin) that I cannot make solid. There are 4 problem spots, marked in red in the model. For some reason, these 4 faces are not meshing with the rest of the model. I've tried deleting the faces and redrawing them...its not working...arrgh! Any ideas?

Yes, that's exactly what I was trying to do, Jeff...thank you! It took me a bit of playing to figure out what you did, and fix my original file. All the vertices were coplanar to start with...SU quirk?

yeah, i think so (but SolidInspector recognized the errors so maybe not?)
it's not like i saw a problem and fixed it though.. i just tried a couple of things and connecting the faces to make the larger single face worked.

Usually I play a little bit and get it to work, just not this time. I do appreciate your help πŸ˜„

here's something weird.. i copied a section of the problem area into another file then cut/closed the bottem and made sides.. it's recognized as a solid and i didn't do anything to the red face.. ?

Yeah, I did almost the same thing before uploading...I drew a cube around 2 of the problem faces, intersected with model, then deleted the rest of the mesh and got a solid with out touching the red faces. When I tried to paste the now corrected face back in the original model, it reverted to 'not solid' πŸ˜•
