Best way to do IES lighting?
-
What is the best way to do IES lighting? Does anybody know of a source of IES files that also have a visual description of each light definition? I've seen viewers, but I can't install software on my work computer. Thanks.

Have a look at the Kerkythea web site & search for the subject - it has links to sources. It's also a very good renderer, made even simplerer with the Twilight Renderer for SKUP.
Best of luck! -
Take a look at this link: http://www.mrcad.com/download-free-ies-lights/
And another one: http://www.rendertextures.com/category/effects/ies-lights/ -
the second one gives only jpg's. the first one is great

Thanks for the responses. I'll take a look at those, although I'll have to wait until I'm home... mrcad.com is blocked at work.
