the points to mesh script does not work, I launched it but nothing happened.

no, this only triangulate,I tried this one also, and many missed faces.

but the one I was referring to is pnts2mesh.rb V1.3.

Are your faces not too small? (SU has issues with generating very tiny faces). Try to scale everything up by 10 (or even 100), run the plugin and then scale back.
