I am working on a project in which I wish to divide a surface (not a flat face) into a bunch of random looking quadrilaterals. I painstakingly tried this with "Tools on Surface" but found out everything wasn't on the face. Is there any plugin that will allow me to select a surface and automatically divide that surface into multiple faces (preferably quadrilaterals)? For instance, select the top of a dome and it will divide it up into smaller surfaces. I hope I am being clear. Please tell me if you can't understand what I'm looking for and I'll try to make it clear. πŸ˜•

SDS can subdivide but not into quads all the time.

FFD has a subdivide feature also.

Or manually with the Zorro plugin

Hmmm. I'm not quite sure you know what I mean.
          Dome.
For example, I have this dome shape, then I use the plugin and get all these triangles. Except, quadrilaterals and much more random. I'll take a look at Zorro though to see if this is what I need.

Nevermind, Zorro looks like it will work. As usual, an awesome plugin from Whaat. πŸ‘ It crashes a lot though but I'll make a backup of my file and see what I can come up with. Thanks a bunch Rich! πŸ˜‰
