        How detailed do you want it?, wrinkles and all? or just basic shape?

            Rich, it all comes down to how you create your proxy, SDS like triangles.

            Here is a basic idea, I would start like this then add detail at end (wrinkles and seams) obviously at the cost of polys.

              Did you use the crease tool? Also, is the upper half given an extra subdivide?

                No crease tool used, all I have saved was this, hope it helps. Oh, divide each seperately.
