      Hello All,

I have modeled a curved surface (supposed to look like a large open book). I would like to drape a 2D image onto it. Can't seem to do it - any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jeff

The image needs to be applied like a material or texture with the "projected" option active. It seems in the last couple of days someone asked a similar question. Do a keyword search for "Curtiss". Or, look in Active Topics on someone trying to place that logo on a curved surface.

EDIT: took me a while to find: http://www.forums.sketchucation.com/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=32911#p290174

I take the slow, deliberate approach in my aimless wandering.

Thanks mitcorb! I think the "Curtiss" or "Coca-cola logo on a bottle" are good analogies for my issue. Best, Jeff

Applying the material is probably the easiest for your application. I did this for the top sheet on the desk in this image. It's not much of a bend in this case but I drew the top sheet so it's corner is lifted up and applied the magazine page as a material.
