please post back and let us know what you can do with it.
I feel that if they are closing down... they should open up the source for us to play with. unless they sold it or were paid to close up shop.

I think they would like to change their soft into commercial service of their parent-company RWDI, instead of selling it to everybody for individual use.
Using this plugin will be able to let me know the direction, speed of the wind flowing thru urban area, also it can visualize 3D wind flow.
I know somebody here got the trial version.
Can they help me ?. I badly need it.

Yeah man. I got it, but it was only a plugin folder to copy in to SU plugins and useless. When i pressed the button to lauch Virtualwind, i got warning message "can't not find C:\program files\virtualwind 3.0\bin\virtualwind.exe...." It also meant i had to install full trial.

I installed the trial version back then, it had to be activated with a link that the company emailed to me. It has since expired and doesn't work. I uploaded the whole program to Rapidshare a few months ago for another member, but he couldn't get it to work either, so I deleted it from my system.I suggest contacting the parent company if you haven't already and see if they can help you.

Virtualwind has 'errors' in its code that misdefine or redefine other's classes - that can affect other scripts.
